1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Executive Touch Cleaning Solutions website at exectouch.net (the "Site") operated by Executive Touch Cleaning Solutions LLC ("Executive Touch," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to your use of the Site. Commercial cleaning services provided by Executive Touch are governed by separate service agreements entered into between Executive Touch and our clients.

2. Description of Services

Executive Touch Cleaning Solutions LLC is a Louisiana limited liability company providing commercial cleaning services, including office cleaning, janitorial services, floor stripping and waxing, post-construction cleaning, and one-time deep cleaning to businesses in Southwest Louisiana. The Site provides information about our services, service areas, and a means to request a quote.

Information presented on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding service agreement. Actual scope of work, pricing, and terms are established through a separate written agreement between Executive Touch and the client.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• Use the Site to transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material, including any unsolicited email or "spam."
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Executive Touch, an employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Site, or that may harm Executive Touch or other users.
• Use automated means (including bots, scrapers, or spiders) to access the Site or collect information from it without our express written consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any part of the Site or the systems or networks connected to it.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its entire contents — including text, graphics, logos, images, design, and the "Executive Touch Cleaning Solutions" brand — are the property of Executive Touch Cleaning Solutions LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

The logo, tagline "Our Reputation is Spotless," and other trademarks displayed on the Site are trademarks of Executive Touch Cleaning Solutions LLC. You may not use these without our prior written permission.

5. Quote Requests and Form Submissions

When you submit a quote request or other inquiry through the Site, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Submitting a quote request does not create a binding contract for services. A binding agreement for commercial cleaning services is formed only when a separate, written service agreement is signed by both parties.

We reserve the right to decline any quote request or inquiry for any lawful reason.

6. Pricing and Service Information

Pricing information on the Site, if any, is illustrative and not a guaranteed quote. All commercial cleaning services are individually scoped and flat-rate quoted after a facility walkthrough. The final price for any service will be set forth in a written quote and service agreement provided by Executive Touch to the client.

We reserve the right to modify our services, pricing, and service areas at any time without notice. Any such modifications do not apply to service agreements already in effect.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXECUTIVE TOUCH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL EXECUTIVE TOUCH, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES, OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Executive Touch Cleaning Solutions LLC, its affiliates, and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

We have no control over the content of these websites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them, the Site, or your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Executive Touch regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements between you and Executive Touch relating to the Site.
